Analytics
The Analytics section provides a product-level performance overview of your Trustfull activity across a selected time range. Navigate between product tabs — Onboarding, Phone, Email, IP, Domain, Login, Session, Links, and Data APIs — to view usage, risk distribution, and key signals for each product.
Common Analytics
All scoring product pages share the same core sections: Lookup Statatisics, Top Risk and Trust signals ,and best/worst lookups.
Lookup Statistics
The top bar of every analytics page shows Total Lookups (or Sessions/Logins for behavioral products), Average Daily Lookups, and Average Score — giving you an instant snapshot of product usage for the selected period. Below it, a daily volume chart visualises activity over time, making it easy to spot spikes, drops, or growth trends.
Top Risk & Trust Signals
Two ranked lists show the most frequently triggered risk and trust indicators across all lookups in the period, each with its trigger rate as a percentage of total lookups. Use these to identify the dominant drivers of high and low scores without inspecting individual results.
Best & Worst Lookups
Tables of the five highest- and lowest-scoring lookups in the period, showing identifier, associated name where available, and score. Use these to quickly surface exemplary and problematic cases without browsing individual lookups.
Product-Specific Analytics
On top of the common sections, each product page includes analytics tailored to its own enrichment signals — covering dimensions that are specific to that identifier type. For Phone, for example, you'll find carrier distribution, portability history, connected accounts, and disposable number detection. Email surfaces domain age, deliverability status, data breach exposure, and personal vs corporate distribution. IP highlights connection type, VPN and proxy detection rates, and top ISPs and countries, while Session and Login add behavioral and device-level consistency signals specific to user interactions. This product-specific layer allows you to go beyond volume and risk scores and diagnose the exact factors driving quality for each product.
